Refund Policy

Booking a service indicates acceptance of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

At Queen of Spaces, we value your time and ours, and we are committed to providing thoughtful, high-quality organizing services.

 

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.
Due to the time, planning, and preparation involved in each project, once a service is booked and/or completed, no refunds will be issued.

 

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

If a scheduled appointment is missed without notice:

  • The appointment will be considered a no-show

  • No refunds or credits will be provided

  • A new booking will require an additional payment

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change and will do our best to accommodate when possible.

  • A minimum of 24–48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule

  • Rescheduled appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee

  • Repeated cancellations may require a new booking deposit

 

Late Arrivals

If a session is delayed due to client availability:

  • Time may be shortened accordingly

  • Full service fees will still apply
