1. Services

Queen of Spaces provides professional organizing services for residential, commercial, and digital spaces. All services are tailored to individual client needs and are agreed upon prior to the start of each project.

 

2. Consultations & Booking

  • All projects begin with a consultation (in-home or virtual).

  • Services are subject to availability, approval of the proposed scope of work, execution of any required service agreements, and payment of any required deposits.

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed in advance.

 

3. Payments

  • Specific payment terms, deposits, reimbursement requirements, late fees, and project pricing will be governed by the applicable Client Service Agreement and accepted project proposal.

  • Any additional services, products, or extended time beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit forfeiture, and refund policies are outlined in each Client Service Agreement. Applicable fees may apply based on the timing of cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Queen of Spaces reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Being present or available during scheduled sessions (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Making final decisions regarding items to keep, store, donate, or discard

Queen of Spaces will always work with care and respect, but ultimate decision-making authority remains with the client.

 

6. Donations & Disposal

With client approval:

  • Items may be donated, discarded, or relocated

  • Queen of Spaces is not responsible for items once they have been approved for removal

We recommend clients carefully consider all decisions before finalizing. Queen of Spaces is not responsible for the value, condition, location, or future disposition of items approved by the client for donation, disposal, sale, or relocation.

 

7. Product Purchasing & Installation

  • Products may be recommended, purchased, and installed as part of the service

  • Clients are responsible for the cost of all products unless otherwise agreed

  • Queen of Spaces is not responsible for manufacturer defects or product performance

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Any liability arising from professional services shall be limited as set forth in the applicable Client Service Agreement.

Queen of Spaces is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to property or belongings

  • Normal wear and tear during organizing

  • Emotional distress related to decluttering or decision-making

All services are provided with the utmost care, professionalism, and respect.

 

9. No Professional Therapy or Counseling

Queen of Spaces provides organizing services only and does not offer:

  • Mental health services

  • Therapy or counseling

Clients seeking emotional or psychological support should consult a licensed professional.

 

10. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

All content, branding, and materials are the property of Queen of Spaces.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All logos, illustrations, text, and materials on this website are owned by Queen of Spaces and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. Branding created by Blended by Bridget.

13. CliENT sERVICE AGREEMENTS

Professional organizing services are governed by separate Client Service Agreements executed between Queen of Spaces and its clients. These Website Terms & Conditions are intended to govern website use and provide general information regarding services.

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms & Conditions and a signed Client Service Agreement, the signed Client Service Agreement shall govern and control.

14. Changes to Terms

Queen of Spaces reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
